CEF Legacy Fund

The CEF Legacy Fund is a long-term endowment which establishes a permanent and sustainable fund for
CEF to support future generations of students throughout the Camas School District.

Why the CEF Legacy Fund is Important To Our Schools

Through the Legacy Fund, CEF creates a plan for long-term stability, fiscal responsibility and financial viability.  This permanent endowment is an invested pool of money that will provide a reliable source of income in perpetuity, thus providing a funding source through annual distributions that can continually fund extraordinary educational opportunities. The CEF Legacy Fund generates income to support our students today and will be designed to produce income to support students 20 years from now and beyond. 

The CEF Leadership has set a target of $1 million in the Legacy Fund as a first level goal;
over $800,000 has been raised as of January 1, 2020.

The Legacy Society

The Legacy Society is a dedicated group of donors who wish to leave a lasting impact on our Camas Community. Through gifts made specifically to the CEF Legacy Fund, these donors support CEF’s ongoing commitment to the students throughout our District.

What Are the Benefits of Supporting the Legacy Society?

Your gift ensures educational excellence for thousands of children attending school in the Camas School District, now and into the future.  You will also receive an invitation to a special donor recognition event.

How Do I Become A Member of the Legacy Society?

Anyone can become a member of the Legacy Society if they are interested in making a lasting donation of support to help raise funds for The Legacy Society. These gifts can come in a variety of different avenues:
